These terms cover your use of barbrae.best and any order you place with Barbrae Cooks. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email after payment clears. We may cancel an order if a shirt is no longer available, if the checkout total was posted in error, or if the payment does not pass a fraud check. If we cancel, we refund the amount you paid.
What you are buying
Each product page describes the tee as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so a cream or a faded red may look a shade off from the shirt that arrives. Fit notes on the product page, and our guide to choosing a size, are the right place to check measurements before you order.
Shipping inside the United States
We ship only to addresses in the United States. Delivery times depend on the carrier and how far the package has to travel from Tulsa. Once a carrier marks the package delivered to the address you gave us, the risk of loss passes to you. Check the address at checkout. We can usually correct it before the label is made, and we cannot reroute a package that has already shipped.
Payment
You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including shipping and any sales tax that applies to your state. We charge the card when the order is placed, before the shirt is packed.
The site and our artwork
The Barbrae Cooks name, our photos, and the artwork on the shirts belong to us. You may not copy them for another shop or scrape the site. Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload barbrae.best.
Liability
To the extent US law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the site or from a product. Some states do not allow certain limits. In those states, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
