Barbrae Cooks runs barbrae.best from our shop in Tulsa. This page covers what we collect when you browse or place an order, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you check out, we collect the name, email, phone number, and shipping address you enter. Our payment processor handles your card. We never store the full card number on our site. We also keep a record of what you ordered so we can pack it, ship it, and help you later if something goes wrong.
If you browse the shop, we may collect basic analytics such as the pages you viewed and the browser you used. We use that to see which shirts people linger on and to fix pages that load poorly.
How we use it
We use your details to fulfill orders, send shipping updates, and answer questions you send to us. If you join the list, we will also email you when a new tee is ready. You can leave that list from any marketing email, and order messages will still arrive either way.
Who else sees it
We share what is needed with the companies that take payment, print labels, and carry packages inside the United States. We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent our customer list.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address on the order. We may need to keep a record of the sale for taxes and for fraud checks, even after a deletion request.
