If a shirt is not the one you wanted, we would rather hear about it than have it sit in a drawer. Here is how returns work for orders shipped inside the United States.
The 30-day window
You can return an unworn tee within 30 days of the delivery date. It needs to be unwashed, with the original tags, and in the condition we sent. Shirts that have been worn, washed, stained, hemmed, or printed on by someone else are not returnable.
How to send it back
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason. We will reply with the return steps. Pack the shirt so the print does not crease hard in transit, and send it within 14 days of our reply. Returns should be addressed to Barbrae Cooks, 2159 N Hartford Ave, Tulsa, OK 74106.
Refunds
After we receive the shirt and check it, we refund the item price to the original payment method. Outbound shipping is refunded when we sent the wrong size or color, or when the shirt arrived damaged. In those cases we also cover the return postage. If you are sending a shirt back because you changed your mind or guessed the wrong size, you pay the return shipping, and the original shipping charge stays with the order.
Size swaps
Write to us before you ship the first shirt back and tell us the size you need. If we have it, we will explain whether we can treat the return as a swap or whether you should place a new order. We would rather hold a size for you than have you wait on a second delivery from Tulsa.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If the package arrives torn, printed badly, or with the wrong shirt, email us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We will replace it or refund the order, including the shipping you paid to receive it.
